3. Return via USPS 1st class mail with delivery confirmation along with merchandise and copy of invoice.

Notes:

* Contact EarringArtistry.com within 3 days to notify of return. Ship item(s) within 7 days of original receipt.
* Ear piercing products must be returned unopened, unless there is a defect or gross misrepresentation.

* Exchanges are available on ear piercers and select jewelry items only.

* Our inventory of unique, one of a kind jewelry items, simply does not allow for exchanges.
* Multiple item returns and returns with a value over $35 are charged a 12% restocking fee.
* Items must be sent with USPS delivery confirmation (insurance is recommended).
* Once we receive the merchandise and approve your request, refund will be issued within 15 days in the            form in which they were received. Money order/Cashier Check refunds allow up to 30 days for refund check.
