conversations can be arranged by appointment only. This policy helps
us control staffing costs as well as manage communications better as
email creates a record of your request that we can refer to when
there is an issue to deal with.
If you have a question, comment or suggestion, regarding our
merchandise, website or policies and procedures, or if you would
like information about a particular artist or designer—or, if you
would like to arrange a return call, simply fill out the contact
form below, and we will respond in a timely fashion.

We make every effort
respond to your email within 3-4 hours if received between 8 a.m.
and 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.
If
you have not received a reply to a question within 24 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays), most likely your reply has been
blocked by spam filters.
